Think they are fine for basic services like oil changes, tire rotation. Friendly, timely. Reasonable cost. Thought it was odd they warned me a year ago about my brakes needing service after 70k miles, but now even with tire rotation, they noticed nothing? Months ago when I was seeking help for major starting issue, they were dismissive as if doubting me. Wouldn't even check it out. Ended up at dealer miles away. Was shown major damage which required $$$ and fixed the problem. I recommend but only for basic maintenance services.
