This is the third time I've taken my car in for an issue with the air conditioner. I had asked days in advance for a ride after dropping off my car and after dropping it off, they said the ride would take about an hour. They also attempted to charge me $340 for repairing the exact same issue I was charged for less than two months ago. After pointing it out, they repaired the issue under warranty.

Very good. The diagnosis of the problem was going to take at least 2- 3 hours which I could not wait for. I live 20 mils away so was given a loaner car. Turns out the problem was only a bad battery which my service guy, Alex, helped me get replaced by Subaru at no cost. Problem solved! - at no cost!! - THANK YOUI!

I give them 3 star because they did diagnose the problem but on the other hand, they charge 35% more for subaru parts. To include, they also want to charge you for more parts than you really need to fix the timing case leak. It's best to have some basic or intermediate mechanical knowledge to not be taken advantage of.

Update: Found out that the front crank seal was not counter sunk properly causing the Oil and fuel to mix. Thank God it did not ruin my engine. Car still not running and had to have it transferred to the Mini dealership. I was really hoping that the dealership I got it from would take it into the bay and have a look. They left it outside and used the scanner there.
