Service Advisor, Josh Hilton, took my 2021 Mustang Mach E into their shop at 5:25 pm after I ran over a large piece of truck tire that flew into my path from an 18-wheeler right in my path on I-95 only ten minutes before. Even though their closing time is at 5:30 pm, Josh immediately grabbed a shop tech to examine the damage under my car since I was traveling on an urgent journey to visit my extremely ill sister. The tech verified that the skid pan prevented more damage and removed it to allow me to drive my car to a nearby hotel. Josh arranged for me to bring my car back in first thing the next morning for a thorough exam to determine if more serious damage and been done. Fortunately, the skid pan di what it was designed to do and protected the rest of the undercarriage from additional damage. So I was able to continue on my journey and have made arrangements with my local Ford dealer to replace the pan.

The young man who is service manager at Richenbach Ford in Florence SC is
both friendly and efficient. He is professional and highly knowledgeable. He is probably the best auto service manager I have dealt with in 60 years (I am 80).
If I need another vehicle in my life I will consider Ford in Florence. They not only have a neat sales team but the service aferwards is excellent. You are not paying this young man enough. He represents the dealership and Ford in a most excellent way.
