I'm happy yall fixed my car but the only problem I have is that when the motor cover was removed someone tore it/ripped it. If I would have seen this before I brought it home I would have been very upset. I don't know if ya'll are gonna replace this cover or not. This is the second rating info I have received about the service.

The wait time was long considering I had an appointment. There was no mention of needing an alignment, I saw it after I left. It was flagged red but didn't mention it the 2 hours I was sitting inside.
When I tried to call there was no answer. The same thing when I left several messages trying to make the appointment for the oil change. 5 calls and 2 days.

I waited 2 hours with no update. When I finally checked on my car I was told "someone should have told you they had to put two new cars before yours". Over 3 hours later I had my oil change, tires rotated and flushed transmission. Two other customers waited as well and there was no good communication with staff.
