Had a problem with a slow tire leak from a wheel and tire theft that was repaired there. Went back to have leak fixed. They took both fronts off and checked both tires. Before leaving the next day took tire pressure cold and they had put 45.5 lbs in both fronts when 35 lbs is spec.. Tire pressure light on the next day in Arkansas and was 9 lbs low. Couldn't believe can't fix a tire in 2 tries. Sad

The tech actually performing the service (oil change & safety checks) did an excellent job keeping me informed via texts. Intake was a little slow; which has been an issue forever at Mike Calvert Toyota. They really need to add some additional service writers. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not: everybody is slow-walked when they arrive.

There are plenty green shirt staff but there seems to be a shortage of service advisors. Having an appointment doesn't help. You get in the same line as everyone and wait with everyone. The advisors are friendly but I usually have wait without seeing advisors.

The professionalism was suburb. Joseph was the young man that checked me in and handled all of the business of the day. He suggested additional services that I needed. He kept me abreast of everything. A kind woman, Tracey also checked on and offered additional services/help. My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I am a satisfied customer. Bought a certified used car. Inspection report provided with car said everything was good. AC did not work - first time we used on a hot day. Thus, inspection report cannot be trusted. First diagnosis by them was freon had to be replaced. That didn't work, so had to change AC compressor on a certified used vehicle just purchased a week back.
There are smart techs there - but overall quality & service has deteriorated a lot.

Dealer had outrageous amount of add-ons to the vehicle about $5k or more. This vehicle was also labeled "fair value" so I thought if I went in showing them the same vehicle with less mileage somewhere else for a better price they'd want to make a deal with me, but they were way too far off. I walked out of the OTHER dealership with keys to a new car Mike Calvert could have had my business if they weren't being greedy.

I was told I needed some additional work that would be covered by my extended warranty. I have called my service person 3 times and left messages but she has never called me back.i don't know if she's even been there this week. I would love for someone to call me and update me.

The service was good, but I had to contact Toyota directly to get them to order the parts that were needed behind the rear seat. The service manager put me off on this from November until late December. Once I contacted Toyota Corporate, the parts magically appeared within 24-hours and the instillation was complete within an hour.

Very disappointed I left with a low tire pressure and nail still in tire, got brakes done they squeak louder than before, no tire rotation after I bought a new one, couldn't get front wheel alignment because something else wrong which I don't know because it's not on my paper I get afterwards so I can know what needs to be done!!! Normally I'm happy but not this time I spent 1000 and my car didn't even get a complimentary wash!!!

(Nothing bad to say at all! Just wish Mike Calvert Toyota would let you use credit cards. It's a shame that a big company such as Toyota has to charge customers 3% to use a credit card.)

When we purchased this used car from Calvert, we were told by the salesman that the small dent on the rear corner wouldn't affect its warranty. However, after several months when the rear hatch wouldn't open, we were told that the warranty would not cover the repair because of the small dent.

The car had been sold. Had made contact with them the night before and the morning to go and see the car and was assured the car was there but the car was sold the night before. Wasted my time. I had to drive 45 minutes to the hour to get there. I even called the morning before I left home to make sure the car was there and was told it was only to get there and find out differently.

No updates on my trucks maintenance by service representative Mr D Hall. I had a coupon for 59.95 ended up paying 72 dollars. I asked why and he said taxes. The only upside to my visit was free snacks I arrived 2:53 left at 5:07 after seeing the my vehicle was done and just sitting there.

It took them going back numerous times to get close to the CARFAX price. Originally, they said the lowest they could do was about $6k more than the CARFAX price. We finally left the dealership and planned to go somewhere else when they called us back in to make a better deal. So, it worked out, it just took a while.
