Rate as a Zero 0 Mike Calvert Toyota has no good mechanics they don't care about the customers vehicles they never put nothing back the way they take it loose, leave screws nuts and bolts out or they lose one and just find anything to put back, call they self fix one thing and cause a problem for something else, I never will bring my car there for a repair especially in that shop mechanics no dam good. And there bosses allow this bull

My service advisor, Joseph Bernal is excellent. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Additionally, he is patient. I previously owned a Mercedies, but I receive better service from him than I did from the service advisors at the Mercedies dealership. I will always go to Mike C as long as Joseph is my advisor. Everything was great. They serviced the car in a timely manner. They offered a loner car which was very helpful. They provided a video of the service while it was going on. The only issue was that I had to go in person to schedule the service. Their phone is always busy.

That was a very good experience. I visited the service at 5PM, just 2 hours before closing, and I got my car back in 1.5 hours. The consultant, Joseph Bernal was very professional and first explain to me all the options and recommended services and later explain to me the current status of my car. I am completely satisfied with the service and will definitely choose it next time

I am giving this rating because I specifically asked that the sticker for the oil change to be renewed as when I brought it in last time it Wasn't! When I got the car back, Same expired sticker! How hard is it to do what is asked for? If this wasn't done, it makes me wonder what else was overlooked!!

Someone from the dealership emailed me about a vehicle that I wanted to purchase. When I reached back out less than an hour later, I got no response. None of the salespeople seem to be on the same page with each other or have timely information about their vehicles for sale.

They lied and told me 2 vehicles were in stock, arrived at dealership and the vehicles I asked about 30 minutes prior were apparently gone and they tried to sell me another vehicle that I was not interested in. They tried a bait and switch on me and waisted my time.

Told price of oil change by 4 different people (including service person when I checked in) at Mike Calvert Toyota in Houston. All said the same price. When I went to pay, the price was higher. All the manager said when I informed him was "Sorry" and that he would talk to his workers about it. The manager would not change the price.

When I asked about the additional service (wheels' balancing), she proposed to conduct the diagnostics first to ensure that it is really needed. I had a tire replaced and my TPS malfunction light came on the very next day and they wanted me to pay almost $300 to find out why my TPD light was on!?!?im forced to go here for some service things that I pay monthly for, but that's it. I really used to love going here. But I don't trust them anymore. I'm scared they will try to charge me for things that I don't need.
