After 2 days of going back and forth due to resealing, tightening, my engine light still would not go out. I was told It had to be the O2 sensor and that I would need to go get it, I was then reminded that they closed in 10 minutes. The Tech, didn't say to bring it back tomorrow, or anything of the sort. He really didn't seem to care what I did. In his mind the Code didn't say that it was the converter any longer so his job was done. When we asked why he didn't just replace the O2 sensor to begin with, he said he didn't want to waste money. But he didn't mind wasting my time and money for his benefit. We were attempting to make the repair so that the car could be inspected. We are still not able to do so $1300.00 lighter. I have no way of knowing what repairs he actually made. I had to get up under the car and change the O2 sensor myself. As a one time retail manager I have been disciplined for far far less.
