I came in for a oil change a few days earlier and was told we needed a front end alignment. So we came in later to get that done. After a few minutes we were told it in fact, did not need one. I was impressed that they didn't charge me for one anyway. I would have never known one way or the other. Sure was surprised and elated. Gives me a lot more confidence in Midwest Kia.

I had made an appointment online for oil change. When I got there, they told they have no record of it. But they still said they could do it. Left my car there for 3 hours and went back to check to see if it was ready and they had not started on it yet. It was another hour before it was done. Other than that they did a good job and ran my car through the car wash enough to knock the dust off of it.

I have noticed that sometimes they put the car through the wash and other times they don't. Would like for it to be a consistent wash.... but other than that, everything was good.

Probably best customer service I have ever had at Midwest KIA. I would like to score it five stars, but one issue with my cruise control was unable to get solved, but three other issues were repaired. Yay! If they always had this level of customer service I would highly recommend. Hopefully this is a new level for them to maintain.

Recently Midwest Kia made a business decision to emulate the service and environment of a quick lube style service shop. They undercut their quality customer service to churn customers in and out quickly. I'm going to start looking for a new place to take my Kia. It's not a great experience and I can probably get a similar experience at Walmart
