They were friendly, and when I went in telling them the car I wanted to look at, he didn't try to upsell or get me into something else. They did give me a key fob that didn't work, and it took over an hour to fix, which wasn't the most fun part of my week.

I liked that my car was taken care of quickly. I didn't like that I had to call several times to get told I didn't need an appointment, but then was made to state what time I would be bringing it in. Why can't I just schedule on the internet? The link I was given to do that was really to a contact form that took days for anyone to call me back.

My wife's car had a damaged tire that couldn't maintain much pressure, so I called during a busy Monday morning and, upon locating an exact replacement tire, they managed to schedule and squeeze me in, that afternoon, and got us all taken care of! Kim was great to work with, as was the nice lady in parts, and of course it was also great to see Chris my usual service pro! BTW stellar waiting area, as well!

They need more loner cars in their service department. I called a manager the day before to try and grab one. He never called me back. I live in Mulvane and they wouldn't even give a test drive car and the end of my 12 hour shift. As far as the car goes it's a 5/5 but the staff there.... sometimes unprofessional and not helpful. 2.5/5

The service advisor showed no interest in calling back and informing me when my car was done. I had to call multiple times to check on the progress for my car. When I got there she said they called the wrong number, how do you call the wrong number when you have the right number on the invoice. Would not recommend taking car there for anything.
