Did not request a tire rotation when making an appointment. The day of service told attendant just an oil change. Then when done went over service ticket with service department manager and showed did a tire rotation. Got charged for it. But paid it because it was a small charge. But left unhappy because our service request got ignored. Staff needs to listen to us and not assume.

Had a 10 am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Took over 2 hours, seems they forgot they had my car. Communication was non existent unless I instigated it and had to ask about my car more than once. Service department was terrible and likely to go elsewhere, they need people who want to do well by the customers and not make excuses as to why they started your appointment 1 hour and 45 min late.

The easily accessible facility is clean and well organized. The customer service staff are knowledgeable and communicate well.
