Called to tell them they didn't fix the problem, went to voicemail, and they never called us back. Thinking we will need to find a different shop for our cars now. We were really hoping to have a long term service shop.

I was impressed that they didn't charge me for one anyway. I would have never known one way or the other. Sure was surprised and elated. Gives me a lot more confidence in Midwest Kia.

Left my car there for 3 hours and went back to check to see if it was ready and they had not started on it yet. It was another hour before it was done. Other than that they did a good job and ran my car through the car wash enough to knock the dust off of it.

I have noticed that sometimes they put the car through the wash and other times they don't. Would like for it to be a consistent wash.... but other than that, everything was good.

Probably best customer service I have ever had at Midwest KIA. I would like to score it five stars, but one issue with my cruise control was unable to get solved, but three other issues were repaired. Yay! If they always had this level of customer service I would highly recommend. Hopefully this is a new level for them to maintain.
