Try to buy the car told them I was interested and was waiting for a response , got a automatic response thought nothing of it . Then all sudden they sold the car right from under me when I said I was interested and wanted take a look . They lack communication and customer service and I will be avoiding this dealer at all cost .

It takes 24 to 48 hours for vehicles to come off of carfax after we sell the car. Automatic emails go out when the lead is received, then a salesperson will reach out. We have over a 100 cars, and do sell on a daily basis. I hope we can have a chance to earn your business in the future.

you want a rating but I can not give an honest rating as I could not send back a message or ask a question. I had to call that was a problem with their software and not their personnel. But to have to give a star and not be able to respond here, Is NOT GOOD! one star in this case is not low enough
