Hugh the service writer was horrible! He didn't want to do his job and told me it had to go to a jeep dealer and it wasn't covered under warranty. Called the warranty company and they said to take it to Airpark Dodge. Took it to Kyle at Airpark Dodge and it was covered under warranty.

Easy to make appointment. Not so easy to checkout. Had told them we were coming invoice wasn't ready and took about 30mins. Seems like no one helps each other just every man for themselves. Had $3K work done and told him my main concern was an air vent not blowing. He called said it was fixed. Guess what still blows no air out it. So happy with the work but not the lack of effort in the air vent.

Then told it just needed a car wash real quick, but while it was next in line, was pulled out of line to let a corvette go first. At that point, just told them to bring our car, we're done.

Until now they can not find what is wrong with my car. They said they change a cable, but still showing same lights on and additional light besides after they return it to me. It's annoying keep coming back for the same thing. They kept my car 4 days each time twice in the last month and still same problems and more.

The worse customer service I've experienced in a dealership. The advisor assigned never approached me during the service, there was another person who had to update me on the car. At the end of my schedules oil change I had to wait for the advisor to finish a phone call. There was no multi checkpoint done to the vehicles, this is always done when I schedule a service. Really bad experience.

Went in to see why my brakes were squeaking on a brand new car. They told me with this make and model of car it's the type of brakes they used. They lubricated them and they were back to speaking 3 days later. This whole dealership needs to be shut down. For selling cars that have issues. This is the 3rd one 2 had recalls

Completed repairs. But left a wrench in hood area causing my plastic vent housing where the hood meets the bottom of windshield to crack and come apart leading to a repair. Sloppy work as usual. Also over priced and dont even cover the ride share anymore.

Well for one this inspection was done in March of this year so they are a bit late and I did not use them Sept 12. In fact I complained about them to BBB. I will NEVER use Midway Chevrolet ever again. Considering that I will start shopping for a new car in a few weeks they lost me and anyone I speak with and others business. The appointment was for 7:15am July 8 but the vehicle wasn't work on 'til the next week. The appointment is nothing more than adding a name to a waiting list. The vehicle was ready for three weeks.

Midway use to be a great dealership, but they were bought by Berkshire Hathaway and they are are now terrible. Not trustworthy at all. They'll tell you anything to make a deal, and then renege when you come to get your car. I won't do business with them again.
