Disappointed that they could not repair the tire, and then disappointed in the selection of replacement tires (all available were expensive).
In addition, on a prior visit, they damaged the wheel lock for another vehicle and then on the next visit claimed they couldn't rotate the tires on that vehicle because the wheel lock was damaged, which we didn't know about.

I had another positive experience, and continue to be a repeat customer. I have been bringing both of my cars to this location for several years, and will continue doing so. The folks are always friendly, the work is done correctly, recommendations for items to address are provided, and the waiting room is usually clean. The Wi-Fi and coffee are very appreciated !

I have been taking both of my vehicles to Midtown Tire the past few years, and always have a positive experience. It may be better to drop off your vehicle for service as there will probably be several folks in front of you upon arrival. They have reasonable prices, and are honest.
