Paul was GREAT, explained our problem and how to fix it. This is after our VW dealer service department told us it was unfixable. Also, they accepted payment on a debit card with no additional surcharge (unlike our VW Dealer). These guys understand VW's and are dedicated to keeping them on the road for as long as possible.
