I made an appointment with them to go test drive the car. Then they emailed me to let me know that the car wasn't ready to be viewed and test drove. So I waited a few days for them to finish the car. Then I got an email that said the car was sold. So, they lie. They still wanted me to come in and look at another car (bait and switch) I told them not to contact me again. Crooks

Awful. Waited over 4 hours, was told it was covered by warranty and then after waiting hours was told it wasn't covered and ended up paying almost 500 dollars for a battery, after only having car for less than a year. I'd give no stars if it was an option.

Went to have my car check due to it making a really terrible noise. It was making the noise as I drove to the dealership. But because my extended warranty is about to expire in 2 weeks they claim they couldn't hear the noise and due to no engine light being on there is nothing they can do.. customer service is terrible. All this place cared about during my visit, was trying to get me to trade in my car .

An appointment was made for next week, no service was completed as of yet. And the mileage you've added with this "service" is incorrect. My mileage is at 45,000 not 54,000

Poor as usual. This was an all time bad experience though. After over 2 hours (with an appointment) for an oil change and tire rotation my wife got home to realize that they did not actually perform the tire rotation. Good thing we had the tires marked so we knew where the tires were before we brought it in. After speaking with Shane in service he said the tech said he definitley performed the tire rotation, he did not and we had the tires marked so we are positive they were not rotated.
