Was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Service completed quickly. I had gone here before more many years but this was first in a while. Great price for oil change and tire rotation. They did not give print out of inspection results as they always had. Would like to see that brought back if I continue going there.

Horrible !!!
Took my car for an oil and filter change.
After I picked it up the engine light came on with an engine failure warning.
Took it back and they didn't do anything about it.
Have to take my car to BMW dealer to see what they did to it.
Not recommended at all.

I was impressed with the excellent, speedy, friendly service at the Midas in Westchester, IL. I thought the value for the services I received was excellent as well! They even put on the back window, windshield wiper blade I'd bought at another place and couldn't put on when asked. I would definitely use their services again. Kudos to Diego and his team!

there were a few things missed in servicing like the oil light monitor was not reset. I had to go back for the reset. and the monitor for tire low still is on. Sure it should have been reset after tire rotation. Must make a trip back to Midas. I hate doing that.

I went there the first day on Friday for set appointment at 4 and they put my car up and nobody touch my car for 45 minutes I asked him to bring my car down and I brought it back Saturday morning at 11 which took another 40 minutes for them to do my oil change and to finish service was very poor
