They most certainly did not repair or replace my glovebox because there was nothing wrong with it. The cv axels were replaced but immediately began to leak after because the seals were damaged or out of place. They left my car smelling like weed. I was also told they didn't do the tire rotation and I can say for a fact hadn't been rotating my tires at all during any of my oil changes.

It was my first time there and I got their oil change special, which came with tire rotation and inspection. They took about an hour and a half after my appointment to actually pull my car to the back. Once they started work it was about 30 minutes to complete and another 15 minutes for paperwork. It was a Saturday and I heard they were half staff and they were pretty slammed, so it's understandable. I'm sure it would've been faster on a slow day. Waiting room is small. There's free coffee and water. The bathroom didn't have any soap. The inspection report was very detailed and I appreciated the detailed quote on repairs. They were friendly and not pushy or fear mongering at all. I'd probably go back.

My only complaint is that my appointment was for 3:00 pm and service didnt begin until 3:25 pm. It only took 20 minutes for the service.
