I went in early because I had a flat tire. I was hoping to get repaired but the screw was in a place that it couldn't be fixed. They ordered new tires for me and they were in in a couple of hours. They got the new tires on me since I couldn't drive around on a donut.

If you have to pay to maintain your vehicle, and you do, this is the shop where you get the most bang for your buck. They work hard to take good care of their customers. This is the only place I go for tires/brakes/general repairs. They are busy because they are good mechanics. Great shop.

My tire came loose about two miles from their shop and they put it on the lift and determined the problem.they tightened all the lug nuts and gave everything else an inspection.then test drove it with me and all was good.took about 20 minutes.zero charge.ZERO CHARGE.good people.

This shop always does a nice job for us. This time, however, I was overwhelmed with the final cost even though Mike worked to reduce the cost and make the repairs all at once a bit less costly. Yet, this was the biggest single car repair bill ever. I'm really upset with Honda as their vehicles have become nigthmares with brakes and struts.

Was told the car was ready only to find a problem with the repair - the mechanic did not check his work and the Lead had to spend 45 minutes correcting the oversight...whil I waited !
In the end, the repair was done correctly.
Need to do a more thorough check of the work before considering the job done, IMO.
