Friendly customer service.
Having a 9:00 appointment, work on my oil change did not begin until 9:35. They brought my car out at 10:30. It appeared that most of the time my car was in the service bay, the service technicians were working elsewhere. I was told that $20 was discounted from my bill. I still paid $67.80 for the oil change. I will go elsewhere next time.

This family-owned shop made a positive impact on us last year, so when we snow birds needed an oil change before our trek up north, we sought their services again. They gave us great service again, and pointed out our front tires were too worn to safely make the trip home. They quickly ordered two tires, mounted them and we are on our way!
