My service was great. Nick was my consultant and very knowledgeable. Prices were upfront.
I called later in the day to voice a concern and Nick was so knowledgeable. Over the phone he helped and explained the reasoning. Long story short all problems solved.

Did oil change as asked, Charged for 2.
Asked for tires to be rotated online and upon arrival. Tire rotation was not performed. Was not charged but now need to take time out of my life again for a rotation.
Will probably find different place in the future.

First time visit to this shop. Very impressed at the service and price. Had received a brochure in the mail with an excellent price for tire rotation and full synthetic oil change. Very quick service and with a current sale in progress that I wasn't aware of ended up costing less than expected. Highly recommend Midas Shakopee and definitely will be back.
