Midas on Fredericksburg rd is excellent. Jason the mgr and his crew are honest men. I used to go to AT Automotive on Hildebrand and Blanco. But those guys are a bunch of "LYING THIEVES" they actually loosened my front left strut and sent me a video say it was no good and bent. Just to get me to buy a new set. Well I took it to Midas and Jason showed it to me. NOTHING was wrong with it. It wasn't loose or bent. AT Automotive are crooks and liars. Midas on Fredericksburg rd or my to go guys.

Midas is known for installing exhaust on cars yet the techs at this shop do not weld.(?)They utilize clamps but when I wanted my catalytic converter replaced,was told there was a bend in the exhaust near the engine.Well,yes,I said to them but that is much further up.The straight piping on both ends of the original converter were more than long enough to accommodate clamps.
I got the strong impression they just didn't want to do the work.And also when trying to ask questions about the work in general in the customer area, Joshua was on the computer and only gave me a glance and went back to it. I thought he was doing business stuff so I let it be but saw him a moment later showing a tech something on the screen and both laughing it up so no,it wasn't business related.
Yeah,they were not there for the customer,at least not for me.I picked up on a prejudice vibe.
The only color that should be viewed in business is green.

Whenever I drop off my vehicle for service, I just let them know what needs to be done & it's done in a reasonable time. They never try to sell me extra services , then when time to pick up, they go over all paper work & explain what all was done

At this particular Midas the customer service is always exceptional.
These people have even told me when I didn't need work that I thought I needed. That's honesty. Many auto shops do not have that level of integrity.
