This location is the Best in San Antonio, period!! I've been coming here since I moved here in 2009. Doug was the store manager in 2008 and recently retired in 2023. They were able to get the parts replaced but did not fix the problem. The emergency brake cable was broken, so the fixed it but dis not adjust the brakes so that it would hold the truck in place on an incline under its own weight which is what they said it would do when i picked it up.

My customer experience was exceptional. I bought a specialized Dinan free flow exhaust that they were able to install in my Audi S3. These guys know their stuff and they made me less nervous about it than I would have been working with the dealership because I was able to watch them work on my garage queen from the customer waiting area.

Very satisfactory service. Worked vehicle into a busy schedule and found no tie rod issue where one was diagnosed by another shop. Driving, steering and tire wear also indicate no issue. I will continue to watch for problems but potentially saved several hundred dollars.
