Tire replacement took 3 hours. Mechanic(s) broke the TPMS sensor, overfilled the tire, and left the interior filthy. Took car to Lexus dealer for $200 TPMS repair, which Midas (to their credit) refunded.

I was very impressed with the service that I received at this Midas location. I had never used them before but thrilled that I did. I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. They performed a multilevel inspection and discovered a frayed serpentine belt that could have caused us to be stranded beside the road on an upcoming 2000 mile trip. They were able to obtain the part and do the installation while I was waiting. I dealt with 3 desk personnel who were all great. And Mario, who did the work, was outstanding! Thank you to all!

Terrible!! gave an expectation of how long it the repair it would take, so I drop my vehicle off on Monday evening expecting to get it back by noon the next day, I did not get my vehicle back until it was almost time to close. Than I notice part is missing on my vehicle that I know was on there when I dropped it off and when I bring it back to them the day after, they insist it was not on there. so the experience I have had with the location has been terrible to say the least for all the times I have had them work on my vehicle.
