This my second and last time at this shop . Every time I've came to this shop my car left in a worst situation. Midas also had me spend a lot of money just to tell me my engine needs to be replaced . I finally took it to another shop just to find out them guys might not have know what they were doing .

I had a brake job done at Midas in Livonia in March 2026. The customer service was great and the brake job was great. I would give a five star rating but the job was a little pricey for me.

My experience at Midas was excellent. The reason for my visit was to replace and install front disc brakes and rotors. I was able to have the repairs completed the same day, ( 2 hours). Great service, professional staff and VIP customer care.

The technician that worked on my car left the cap off of my brake line fluid which could have caused moisture to develop. They said i needed to flush my brake line which was not needed at all. The technician also broke my engine cover and did not let me know. I don't trust this location at all and will NEVER return for any service. They are not honest.

Took my 2018 Toyota Highlander in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I had purchased my tires at this location, so the rotation was free. Scheduled my 10 am appointment online the previous evening. When I arrived, there was one parking spot available, which made me wonder, how long the services might take. I was pleasantly surprised when around 11:30, my car was ready. Good service!

Took my 2018 Highlander in about 10:15 am for an oil change, tire rotation and brake check, after making an online appoint the previous evening. Was advised the brakes weren't releasing as they should, which resulted in the "rubbing" sounds that I was hearing. Service was complete in about an hour. Very satisfied!
