I have been going to Midas for last three years and I have had only excellent service. Rob is my point of contact there and he is excellent with helping out with any of my auto needs. Great at explaining the issues and giving various alternates and less costly options. Very friendly staffs

Good communication. Identified and fixed the items that I had requested. They also informed me of a couple of others items that I should consider in the future. They just wanted me to be aware without pushing to take care of them right now. Very pleasant experience.

Took my vehicle and I knew what was wrong with it but because I just didnt have time to do it these people at shop was charging me over $3000. Also ask them to do an oil change and they didnt even do it because it was the same filter I put in. Would NOT recommend this shop!!!

They stand by their work, and will always address any additional concerns or issues that may arise. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and their management. I have gone to a few other Midas locations in the past but this one is the best. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable and affordable! The shop is clean and the additional steps they are taking during the COVID pandemic is nice to see that they truly care for their employees and customers.
