They over charged me on just a basic ac check up. And tried to triple charge me in a blower motor that cost a fraction of the cost at auto part, and a cabin air filter. They basic quoted me 1k for a $450 service job. Would never go back there again.

I recently had an oil change and front brake pads. My rear brake pads are in good shape. Midas always do a great job. Whenever I have a problem with my car, I always come to Midas. They have high quality mechanics and the price is a lot less than going to the auto dealer.

The Store Manager Yuri is very good. However, this team at the GH location are not as good as the other Midas places. They all looked lazy and tired. Thankfully, the Store Manager waa there. He made me feel comfortable and was very attentive to my service. He was the only reason, I got my car serviced at this location. Honestly, I wouldn't go back to this location unless Yuri is there.

Did not like anything about service.
Question why one tire was losing air.
Notice my car on the rack with the hood up.
Question the lady on duty. She gave me an answer ( we do a full inspection of cars).
I told her I only need my tire looked at because I purchased 4 new tires there and my tire should not be losing air.
Looked out again and the tech was using some kind of tool under the front end of my car. When he noticed me taking pictures he stopped what ever he was doing under my car.
Then I noticed home spraying soapy water on my tire. I never saw the tire being removed for inspection.
The lady came back to tell me a may need a new rim for my tire.
She said you have an option of having a rim put on - good thing it's an aluminum rim.
You can find a used rim at a junkyard.
Then a man came back a few minutes after our conversation and said your car is ready.
Gave me my keys. No receipt was given to document the service.
