From cham at the front desk, to Marco the manager, as well as the techs they were very friendly, service was done thoroughly, the do a complete inspection and let you know how good or bad things look, my truck is new however they still took the time to check and make sure it was safe amd everything looked good. The staff is super friendly. They provided a courtesy Uber for me since my car needed to stay to have work done. They are more on the expensive side when it comes to mechanics but I trust their work and the staff is knowledgeable.

I called them on the coldest day, they took my car in right away. They tried to fix my tire but the hole was to big. He found me a new tire in the showroom that fit. I am so thankful they were open. Midas is the best!!!

Brought my car in for an oil change. The shop manager kept telling me about problems that needed to be diagnosed and gave me cost for such. Not sure they even checked the air filter.
I like Midas but will not go back to that specific location.

I took my car for an oil change and state inspection. Was told that inspection cannot be passed due to play in tie rods. It would be done by the end of the day. I was provided Uber rides to and from home so I don't wait in the waiting room. Clear communication with everything done way before closing time. Two thumbs way up!

Midas told me that the coolant level was low but it was full. Told me the brakes and rotors needed replacement but it was only the brake pads needing replacing. They seemed to take advantage since I am a woman or they just normally lie to customers. Whatever the case, they are untrustworthy. I will not go back to them.

The manager was nice. But likes to charge for car state inspection when not needed. Charged us for it, but if he would have looked at our sticker in the window he would have seen we just it done a month ago. He did it to the man in front of us too. Think he is doing on purpose

they told me my exhaust was leaking...rejected my inspection...took to my Dad he said not leaking...took to Mom & Pop gas station...agreed not leaking..passed my car ..I had to pay $20.00 inspection fee TWICE in 1 week..do not take your car to Midas..

My battery died with no warning on Saturday. I called Midas and they had the battery in-house within 1.5 hours and installed and my car was ready for pick-up within 2.5 hours. I didn't have an appointment but the staff was kind, understanding and professional.

Excellent communication. They texted a link to fill description of what they checked. Where they were recommending service, they'll included pictures of the parts in my car to explain why service was needed. I did not feel like I was being "upsold" at all.
