they over charged us! after I told them I'm not paying $70 for oil change. then they said I didn't tell them I had a coupon. which I didn't have a coupon they told me over the phone it was on sale for $29.99. long story short got 2 oil change for $80 ..

Not very well organized shop. I realize the day I was there they were short one technician but had I not checked before I left they had not rotated tires as I had asked, also upgraded me to full synthetic after asking for the semisynthetic oil change at a lower cost.

These guys really know their stuff! They are reliable and trustworthy. Tells you the price up front, no added extra $. The guys are nice and respectful also. Coupon discount is given if you ask and do not have one for your type of service or repair. I've never had any issues with them ever!

I've been going to Midas for years, they do good work and very honest and informative and they are very friendly. I love the Midas in Mentor that's the only one I go to. They even ordered my parts from the Jeep dealer, they wanted ne to have Mopar jeep parts so there wouldn't be any problems. I love Midas in Mentor.
