Great experience, got me in on a Saturday morning for loud exhaust, dropped my SUV off at 9:00 and by 9:30 I was called with an estimate of repairs and picked it up alter that day!! People are very polite and professional, will come back for other repairs!!

Great timely and friendly service. Was able to get my tires delivered there and was contacted once they arrived to schedule an appointment for installation. Drove away the next morning with new tires, after getting to use their free loaner vehicle for the night.

The folks at the Midas on University (Madison, WI) are always kind and helpful with their suggestions and very patient any time that I am in there from having my oil changed, to inspections, etc.Service has always been very thorough and the one instance where I had a recurring issue, they were very quick to remedy the situation at no additional cost.Thanks to the whole crew!

The only reason I have to remove a star is because overall, it didn't fix the problem that I was having with squeaky brakes ...customer service was great felt like they explained everything well, its just that my brakes still squeak...but not always.
