They were quick. I mean really quick. A little too quick? I have no idea how they put in 4 quarts of oil PLUS changed the oil filter in less than 15 minutes........ my car was up on the rack for less than 5 minutes. Time will tell if it was done properly. Very polite and kind front desk.

I arrived early for an oil change and clutch pedal lubricant, Mike was at the desk and very friendly. Took me right in I did not have to wait until the appointed time. Checked the brakes and the clutch. Went over and above what I requested with no extra charge. Will be returning for future Brake and Tire Service.

Now I only have to pay for the labor and never have to pay for the brakes. I wish the volkswagen agency were this smart!

Not good.
Not fully completed. Upon completion, mechanic said that the ABS LIGHT will come back on due the part newly installed are faulty, that I must return to have i them replaced at no additional charge.
I was not happy, after spending upward of Sixteen hundred dollars to clear my dashboard with only two mechanic and using 5 hours of my time.
