They did an alignment check and found everything was well within specs - no charge. Oil and filter change done earlier than needed, but as long as they had it up on the lift, I had them do it. Very professional people. Comfortable waiting area. This is a great improvement from the same shop about 7 years ago. New management and technicians.

Tried to over charge struts replacement. Gave me a price of double of what it would cost of all 4 struts to be replaced, but only replace the front two struts. There reasoning was magneride struts being expensive to replace. Looked online for part pricing before confronting them about the price and saw the difference and said I'll just pay for the oil change and find someone else to replace them.

Midas on Cin-Day road has always been my go to place for up keep on my Audi TT.
I've tried the dealerships in Dayton and Cincinnati and they are so OVER-PRICED it's criminal. Midas can do everything the dealer does for so much less. Ben at Midas has been very helpful and he loves giving discounts.

Not the best of service this past trip. The technician mistakenly put 96,000 thousand for 90,000, didn't provide the sticker, and didn't connect a hose to the air filter causing the truck to shutoff at complete stops.

My previous mechanic retired and based on recommendations from neighbors I went to Midas . I felt they did an excellent job with assessing what was needed to keep my car running. Communication was exceptional and they were great at explaining the repairs needed.

The service was just fine. The only thing I didn't like was it an hour and a half to do it. There are lots of other places that can change your oil in 10 minutes. And even if you balance the tires shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. I have serviced cars myself in the past, didn't take me that long. Like I said the service was fine just took too long.

The team at Liberty Midas provides great service. I take my vehicle there because they never try and upsale me. Sometimes with us females we are taken advantage of. Based on my experience, they are always transparent and they come in way less than the dealership. A++

I wanted to love this service. My car quit and I had it towed to the closest place. They replaced the battery, the people were wonderful, I left happy and then realized the battery harness parts were laying on the outside dash near the wipers. They didnt put it back together. I took it back and they did correct it. But this was a real disappointment.
