Dropped in without an appointment on a Monday, early afternoon, for a full synthetic oil change for my Chevy Silverado. They handled it in under an hour while I waited, and also diagnosed another lighting issue which I didn't even ask them to do. Very thorough and fast service. And, the price for the synthetic oil change with discounts was over $30 less than other places including my dealer. Highly recommended.

They are unable to resolve an issue with the tire pressure sensor. I bought a new set of tires from Midas and they then installed them. Then the warning light stayed on even though the pressure in all tires was satisfactory.
They wasted my time by having me return and they were still unable to resolve the issue. I was told the warning light should go off. It has not.

Took me 10 minutes to find my car after service. I was told it was out there and given the general direction. I did not need the multipoint inspection because I just had my car at Hamilton Honda. Midas looked at my car and did not charge for the inspection.

Dak and Chris have been taking care of my mini-fleet of 4 cars for several years, and have always given careful attention to the whole car. Just this past week, Chris noticed a potentially dangerous issue with the front suspension while rotating tires. They fixed things quickly. Just reinforcing my appreciation of their service.

The service was rapid and efficient and cost less than I expected. I came back the next day because my tire pressure light was on. Dakota spotted the problem and repaired it in about 10 minutes at no additional charge. I highly recommend them!

I came in with an unidentifiable noise from my front right tirewithin minutes Ken & the team determined I needed new front struts and tires all around (made sense, given the age of the car). Things were a bit pricey (can't really blame them, though) but Ken was able to knock it down just a bit, and the quote matched my final price exactly! All in all, quick, easy, friendly servicemoney unfortunately just has to be money.
