Needed a tire patched that had a nail in it. They remove the tire and patch from the inside. Much better than the usual plug. I also needed some diagnostic work done along with an exhaust inspection. Everything was done efficiently and with friendly service. Chris the shop manager explained everything very well.

Chris the manager was so attentive and knowledgeable of his trade, felt honesty in diagnosis and was comfortable doing business with. It was my first time at Midas , really happy with the repair done by him, I just recommended his shop to a family shopping for a set of 4 new tires for the Subaru Legacy.

Great people with a friendly environment. Only thing that was off, was the fact they kept trying to push tires on me after I had already confirmed that I had an appointment elsewhere. I felt as if they did not believe me. But, overall great service in a timely fashion.

We are now Midas people. I had taken this vehicle to Lex Brodies and they said there nothing they can do & I should take it to the dealership. Jake, a master mechanic, made this 3rd generation 4Runner purr. I will always go back to the Midas in Kona. Jake also said the engine block itself was in amazing condition for the cars age. With Jakes help we can keep that way.

this guy spent many hours trying to diagnose a problem that they never did figure out, and they didn't charge me for the hours. This is not normal and it really wasn't their fault that they didn't figure it out. It is quite confusing and they're not the first shop to work on it. They took the time to explain the situation to me that were patient and well knowledgeable. Overall this is a great shop and it's managed by people with real integrity.
Definitely would recommend anybody

Chris was very helpful and able to change my battery before the weekend. The battery placement in a 2017 Ford Escape is crazy! Its been designed by an engineer who obviously doesnt think about the battery ever having to be changed.
