I went for an oil change. I got new tires and thought I needed a wheel alignment. Well, I guess it was the manager that told me I did need one but the gentleman that did my oil change checked it on the machine and told me I didn't. I was grateful that he was honest with me but the manager tried to change me for it anyways. I was upset about that but my overall experience was great.

I was not at Midas in 11/5. I never had service done at this location so not sure why they even have my vehicle in system that it was serviced because I went to Valvoline and had my service done. The service guy was sketchy so I left and went to a more reliable auto shop.

I like this shop because its very close to my house and I like Midas also because I never felt that I was being sold a service my car didn't need. I've been going to them for several years now and I actually do trust that my car is getting the best service when I its needed.

This is the second time I been here and they have went above and beyond services. The two times I has reached out to them and ask them if they can do the simplest thing which is will they be able to replace my headlight or replace a light bulb on my car and the response always has been "Yes", we have no problem with that. I appreciate how they worked me into a schedule. They were friendly, understanding, respectful, pleasant attitude and attentive and very reasonable. If you need a car shop to go to if you need work done on your car, go there. They are AWESOME people.
