Midas never checked my tire pressure! My front tires require 55 psi and my back tires require 45 psi. They rotated my tires from front to back and NEVER LOOKED AT THE MANUFACTURER STICKER ON WHAT MY TIRE PRESSURE IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE FRONT TIRES AND THE BACK TIRES! SHAME ON THEIR PROFESSIONAL COMPETENT MECHANIC! I had to do it in my driveway!?!??

I made an appointment in the morning for that afternoon. I arrived 10 minutes early and Roger did the paperwork, while his mechanic was pulling my truck into the shop. About an hour later, I paid and was on my way.

We always have friendly staff when we have our cars serviced here. It is refreshing that they (unlike most dealerships and oil-change facilities) do not try to upsell everything they can think of. They conduct the service requested quickly, efficiently, and ask if there's anything else we need. We have all of our cars serviced here and have never been disappointed.
