Overall I'm satisfied with this Midas. Brought my car in for a rotational noise, thinking it's a wheel bearing. Midas inspected my car and noted the brakes I declined previously were now grinding and making a rotational squeaking/grinding as I drove. They did find other issues, some pressing and some that could wait, and I appreciated them looking out for me. While I didn't get everything fixed, the manager (Andrew?) talked it over and made sure we had a game plan about how I could tackle these repairs and stay within budget. This place gives off a good energy and I don't dread having to bring my car in.

Austin and his staff never let me down. I had a weird noise come on my 2011 Rogue right as I was about to leave town, and I called them later in the afternoon to see if they could squeeze me in to check it out. Austin told me it wasn't an issue, and to bring the car down. Sterling, one of the techs, determined it was an exhaust heat shield rattle, and they pinned it back up, and wouldn't even let me pay them for it! Such a great group of guys there. This is my #1 go to shop.

This place gets better Everytime I come back. Last time I had an unfortunate event with the gal at the counter, but I saw an oil change special online, and thought to give Fargo Midas another try. I found out she no longer works there, and the manager was very friendly and apologetic for her previous behavior. We had great conversation and it made the appt fly by, and before I knew it, my oil change was done! I love the free safety inspections with every service as well. Highly recommend giving Austen and his crew a chance! You won't be disappointed!
