I sat there for an hour before I asked how long for them to out the computer on my car. They said a few more hours. They were just going to let me and my son sit there for hours. So dude drove me home which is why y'all get 2 stars. When they checked the computer was crazy enough to cause my issue. These guys didn't even want to try to solve my issue. 100$ down the drain. I could of taken it to O'Reilly's for that info

Originally nice but then found out that the price for a coil was 400.oo they were ordering from O'Reilly for 168.00. Had me wait 1 and a half hour to tell me they couldn't do my car after being assured they could when I called. He even told me on the phone it probably was a coil or wire.

Just always something with them.... water pump went out just over a year after being purchased and still had to pay over 400.00 just to her another one put on.... 3rd time going to get front end work and have to go back again because they couldn't order my bushings..... just seems like they use the worst parts and charge a arm and leg to make you come back and spend more!

Not the same as before, usually they check and refills all my fluids. I was informed about my air filter needing changed after my oil changes was done and about to return to my car. Tire was rotated nor balanced was equally amount of air. Steering wheel was squeaking, unable to locate steering wheel fluid container.

They are pretty quick on the oil changes. The last time I was there, I asked them to rotate my tires and they didn't. I know this because the CarFax said it was overdue. I asked them to rotate them on my most recent visit, watched them the entire time, but never saw a single tire come off. Yet, they told me they had been rotated. Hmmm.

Was charged for more than what is listed that was supposed to be repaired and what I was told was repaired. Still having problems with my steering which was excellent before taking in. Service went from brakes to brakes, calipers, pad to hole in steering hose, replacement of steering front and 2 wheel alignment.
