Took my Camaro here after hitting a couple nasty potholes. The staff looked at my car and informed me of 2 bent rims. They put me in touch with a couple of rim repair places. The staff even showed me on the tire machine where the issue was. Even though they could not repair the wheels, they were careful and thorough.

Service was excellent I didn't have to wait long. I arrived at 9:00 am for my appointment, my vehicle was ready around 10:00am. Waiting area was clean and comfortable, coffee was available if needed. I will definitely use Midas again. The young man at the front desk was very courteous.

They replaced four new tires. While waiting they offered us coffee and answered all of our questions. We asked them about EV, & Hybrids and if they would own one. Then we had them to change the Transmission Fluid as the car was over 80,000 miles, of which 80% was highway miles. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Have used them for over 12 years and still are
very satisfied with their service.

At first i was very disappointed because they wanted me to pay for an assessment but then i received a call waiving it. I was quoted one price but when picking it up it was cheaper. I believe they gave me quality work and the customer service was impeccable.
