My cars left front spring snapped during the holiday weekend and Justin & Dakota managed the repair work without me being in town. They consulted with me in regarding just replacing the spring or the strut too. They also presented to cost / benefit to do to both sides of the front suspension without being pushy.

When I took my son's car in to get two tires replaced, I also asked that the car get an alignment if needed. Based on their test, they said it came back "green," meaning the car was in balance. I appreciate their honesty. They could've easily charged me $100 for an alignment if their goal was to upsell me.

There is a disconnect between Midas online and the shop. My online order of tires "available" at my location were not avail. That said, the shop rep's were good about showing me alternative options. They also were honest about what tires should be replaced, and which ones could wait a few months. I appreciate their honesty, and will be a return customer.

Mentioned that tire pressure light was on to make sure they checked it, which they acknowledged they do. Got back in the car and drove off and tire pressure light was still on. Went to put air in the tire myself and the back driver's tire was at a 27 so there's no way they checked the pressure!
