They try to run up the price. Not willing to work with you at all. Manager is rude. I recommend a different Midas. My vehicle still stalls because they didn't perform the relearn procedure which is recommended. I had to purchase a obd2 bidirectional scanner and try to do it myself. Still awaiting scanner to arrive. So my truck is still sitting.

It was not good this is my fist time having a problem,I went to get my oil change and my tires rotated,the man finished and I drove off about an hour after I left the shop,the guard was not put back on right so now I am dragging this thing under my car,need to double check your work .

They found out the problem but they took forever they did a diagnostic test on it and found out it was a manufacturing part and said it should be covered under the warranty I

This Midas is really good and I like their service. Management turnover has occurred a lot in the last year but the service has been consistently good. They also explain things and make you feel a part of the process.

So far so good. The people were very professional and polite. They explained what was wrong with my vehicle and what was needed to correct the issues, how much it would cost to repair these issues, and what type of warranties I would have and for how long. Also, they were very clean. I will know more after I have driven my car to see if these repairs are complete.

I went to the wrong Midas for my appointment, but, they got me in anyway which was a plus. I knew the services that I wanted to have completed so the gave me a price. Next they inspected my car and confirmed my suggestions. I gave them a 3 because my breaks were not roaring before they looked at my car, but when I left it sounded like the break pad was removed to the point that my neighbor asked me about it when I returned home.I had orange break dust on my left rear rim the next day. Long story short, they mad my problem worse and that's why I just took it to the dealership and paid way more. I still need new tires so I may go to the right Midas for those.
