Midas didnt do a good job as Ive drove off after getting my oil change at 5pm paying 65$ and didnt know until discussing about my oil change with my mom that I had to check it. So we both did and it was bone dry. We checked multiple times until then I had to put what I had left that was a small amount of oil of my own in. Also I had to call but it was after hours. So I waited until the morning to call. Ive explain to them about what happened and they told me to come in. So I came in and explained myself. They didnt bother to listen but kept saying we did the oil change and its on camera but didnt do it correctly besides put a new filter on. I asked them for proof but didnt get any. The manger kept saying after we walked out and saw that I put my own oil in saying we could only do a quart of oil and no new oil change can happen also we have it on camera thats it or you can leave. Making me frustrated that I even had to put my own oil into it and hearing that as well.I had no other choice but to take the quart of oil even being on the phone with my mother explain whats going on and asking about what should I do but she said its a lesson to never go back to a scamming company as them.

Amazing staff!! Chris P. made me feel extremely comfortable with the large repair that needed to get completed. He kept me aware of everything as it was happening. There was a bit of a hiccup thanks to rust but Chris and his crew were very fast to react and have my Mercedes back to me faster than I anticipated. Amazing crew here!!! I would recommend this location any day of the week. I can say this is a shop and Manager I trust. ( and that is huge in the automotive industry!!)
