They indicated that the alternator needed to be replaced for a cost of $2,200. When I picked up the car, it was now $2,600 with inadequate documentation of the labor and part costs. When contacted the Honda dealership, a new alternator should have only cost $700; so Midas' price was more than 3 times expected costs. And there were a ton of error messages that they could not clear out before returning the vehicle.

Went for break repair, the bill came out to be much more due to other findings by Midas, which I was not expecting.
Also, I asked them to correct mileage to 52,000. even after repeated discussions, this service update on carfax shows it to be at 82,000.

Came in for an oil change, but always wanted to get something checked. Crew and GM showed up over an hour late to open the shop.
Asked to have my car checked on the computer because something didnt feel right. They said everything was fine.
Check engine light came on a few hours later and now therere saying the job is $1,400 when this wasnt found just a few hours earlier.

they always find a series of things to change in the car, an oil change and they already make a budget of 3,500 dollars, and it's always like this, I intend not to do anything with them again, while waiting I saw another customer who took him to do something $50.00 repair and left with a bill of over $3,000

Experience was OK.
Add 1-2 hours whatever time they tell you that vehicle will be done.
While one person at the reception is friendly and apologized when I pointed out that my vehicle was not even started while my ETA is almost up. Another one didn't care and said rudely that I can take my vehicle back if I want to (after waiting almost 1.5 hrs).
Will try another place next time.
