We made an oil change appointment the day ahead and told them it took 7 quarts of synthetic oil for our Dodge Ram. We got there 15 minuets early, after waiting over an hour because they were busy, they told us they ran out of oil and sent someone out to get some. WOW!

Came in with a flat tire and they got to patching up the flat right away. The guy at the counter mentioned it was a flat on the b reel. After they patched it; I drove away and got to work about half an hour away. When I came out to the parking lot at lunch, the tire was completely flat again. I ended up calling AAA to get my car serviced at Town Fair Tire in the afternoon. I am not really sure how I got back to work ok with a tire leaking air but boy am I relieved. I don't feel the guys at Midas did a thorough assessment or else I wouldn't have had to get it fixed after somewhere else.

The storm right after I realized they did not infact replace my rear wiper like I was told was done. And my car is still making the noise now and more often. But there was "Nothing" and the young mechanic said it was "solid" I spent so much money on it there in December. I'm wondering what actually got done if I was charged for wipers and had to go else where to get them replaced. Who loves to pay 2x for a service? I have the wiper blade and the receipt if anyone would like to reimburse me the $33 I paid somewhere else.
