Ultimately, they fixed my car. It took two separate times of taking my car in, but they finally figured out what it needed. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with, but the technician who actually worked on my car was rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

They are overpriced. Tried to tell me my car needed thousands in service work. Settled on a lower price, After I got it back I had to spend hours finishing the work they started. Charged me more than the agreed on price and had the car for days. The dealership would have been cheaper, the parts would have been better, and I wouldn't have to worry about what else they missed.

Wanted to fix everything except what I brought it in for. Took days to find the problem. Then to expensive to fix. $500 to change the serp belt..Not recommend

After doing extra tests, to ensure they were fixing the correct thing, they then stayed late in order to finish my car in one day for me! They could have done a rough job and got me out the door, but they stuck around in order to give a me a better alignment. They were also really nice about finding any coupons that would apply to my repair. Definitely a shop I would recommend.

I bought a Groupon voucher for a full synthetic oil change. However, Midas charged me for two additional quarts of oil, shop supplies and taxes. The voucher only covered half the cost of the oil change. I guess the Groupon voucher doesnt pay them enough, so they have to tack-on additional fees.

Before I went in my brakes were quiet and there. Was no noise coming from the front end. I go to get an oilfield change theyfind something wrong of course and suddenly my front end is clunking on every bump and my brakes are squeaking. Plus they lied to up-sell me to an oil I did not need

Nelson was wearing PPE in which I appreciated and reception area was arranged for social distancing. Oil change and alignment were complete in about 1.5 hours which was good considering all of their bays were full.
