Scheduled my car for its 60K miles service and was told it would be $750. Checking the car in they said it would be $850. Strike One! The car was not due for state inspection till August but they chose to do the inspection. Strike Two. They told me my battery was low / weak. Took to my neighborhood garage who put the battery in 16 months ago. Tested the battery and it was fine. Strike Three. Would not go back there.

Staff completed a 60,000 mile service in the time promised and we had a loaner car until they finished. The only challenge was that front desk staff told us they couldn't find the manual package we mislaid when visiting the store. Fortunately Dan in the parts department located the manual and returned it.

Overall, the experience was good. One scheduled repair (and one unscheduled were covered by the warrantee.
The only issue I had is the same one I've had in the past, namely communication with the customer. I was notified of the unscheduled repair that required leaving the car overnight. The next day, I had to call and then stop by to wait for the car. I never got any status during that day from the dealer.

Service center couldnt find our appt, then our name/address, once they got it sorted they took info on what services were needed and a time at which we needed the car back - 2pm. After insufficiently inspecting the car they began servicing it and after calling them again around 4pm they said theyd have it ready closer to 5pm.
