My only problem is that an oil change, tire rotation and car wash and it took a little over an hour. The staff was really friendly, helpful and answered all the questions I had. They got the car in right away and started right away.

Their communication is horrible, I had to keep contacting them for updates on my vehicle. They don't have loaner vehicles and had my hyundai for 2 1/2 months. The way the service department speaks to customers is very disrespectful.

The service was incompetent. Additionally there was an attempt to sell overpriced unneeded service. And in conclusion after a total wait of over 3 hours no one told me my car was ready and I was treated rudely when I inquired. I will never return.
