Installed dash cam to replace the one that failed - installation is perfect. Also had the windows tinted (car previously was not tinted) and it is the darkest you can get and be legal, and looks flawless. I couldn't be happier with Michael's and their accessories staff, especially Scott Grimm. I've had my car serviced there since I ordered it in Dec 2012. Michael's Toyota is the best.

I was lied to about my car issues, my check engine light was on I was told it was my gas cap- but the oil plug wasn't screwed in all the way. I had it towed to the dealership because there was no oil in my car. The math isn't mathing, showed them photos of the oil stains my car left in a few parking spots, and was still told my gas cap wasn't screwed on the all the way. Get a second opinion when going to this location.

My car would jot start and car said to go to a dealer so I called Michael's and they gave me a number for Toyota Toad Side Assistance and a AAA tow truck came and jump started the car. The driver said yo drive it at 39 minutes if the alerts don't go off take it to the dealer. I arrived at Michael's and check the car and took Uber home the next day the car was ready.

Another service provider managed to create an engine fault notice that forced me to run down to Michael's to get it resolved and cleared a day before a long vacation trip. Michael's Toyota was gracious in allowing to schedule a last minute visit. My only complaint was the cost of a minimum one hour charge that added up to ~$260!

Service is now being greedy! Don't trust them fully and always ask a second opinion different trusted mechanic. The evaluation for recommendation and necessary must be explained thoroughly. You will get ripped off easy if you're not cautious for their service.

I tried to set an appointment with the digital system and it did not work. Had to talk with a person. Then I sat in the waiting room for my service to complete for 2 1/2 hours. I had to check in with them to find out the message they sent me an hour earlier did not get to me. I finally received the message that my service was complete, when I got home. Otherwise service was good and people were nice.

Michael's service department runs very well. The service coordinators are great to interact with. They have some general knowledge of mechanics, but any specifics would need to be worked out with the actual technician. Since they are busy, any detailed work will need to be scheduled separately from the general maintenance.

I had requested to have my truck looked at during the service, which was outlined and documented from my initial call. I was told that this wouldn't be a problem. I was then told that I'd have to schedule a separate service once I arrived. Just bought the truck 6 months ago, and I am concerned about a few things. I just wish I was told initially that what I was asking (quick inspection on the 4WD) would need an additional appointment.

I got in quickly on a Sunday. The place is always clean, and they are well organized and efficient. They were testing and replacing a worn down battery in my Prius. They replaced the battery without telling me what the testing showed. That information was readily available when I was checking out. I would have replaced it anyway given the testing result, but they should have let me know first.

However, after getting the car home, I am smelling a strong chemical odor after parking the car in my garage. I am now wondering if there was a spill during or a leak due to the service (2 to 3 star rating). If the smell continues today, I will be calling the service department .

That was the wrose maintance experience I have ever had. They left oil stains all over my car front seats, steering wheel and doors almost everywhere in the front. Someone lowered my passenger seat down for no reason, and didn't put it back for me. This is really disappointing

I have been getting my car serviced at Michael's for the past 5 years. They have done exceptionally well always, however the last time I went there it took way more than usual time for a regular car service. But I want to believe that this is just a one time miss.

Finally got someone who fixed a problem I've had since the truck was new. Only took 3 years. Plus, they didn't fully tighten the bolts holding the plate in the skid plate to access the oil plug. If I hadn't noticed the plate hanging down I'd have lost it.

Fixed everything. Service is too pricey. Had to replace water pump on my Prius for the second time in 98000 miles. Otherwise the 2005 Prius is bullet proof and looks like new. I am the original owner. All servicings have been performed by Toyota dealers.

I arrived early and asked if I could be taken in early They said yes. The problem is I waited over 3 hours for an oil change and rotation service. If they couldn't actually do the work early they should have told me that and I would have left and come back I sat in the waiting room forever. Ick.
