We had an urgent need to replace a failing battery in our subaru outback and we were told just replacing it ourselves without the right equipment could mess up our cars computer. We brought it to Michael's without an appointment and we were taken care of very quickly. It was a lot more expensive than we might have anticipated but we needed it done so can't complain about that.

Comfy waiting area, courteous staff, they don't try to sell you service you don't need. Usually quick service but had to wait longer than usual on this visit. They explained they were busier than usual and apologized. However, I did have an appointment and a 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation was longer than I would have expected.

Awful. Quoted 1000 on what should be at most a 300 service--a price they had told me previously. They also wanted 500 just to LOOK at my malfunctioning ac on a car that is less than 4 years old, that I bought from them with an extended warranty that covers ac malfunction!
Despite asking, they would not give me an itemized breakdown of either of these 'services'. Genuinely terrible and very frustrating experience

Michael's Subaru service agent, Dakota was very thorough in identifying and explaining the repairs needed. The photo really helped as did the extra copies of the estimate.
I needed the extra copies to document funds needed for repairs. While expensive, I know the repairs and tires are necessary to remain safe while driving' and will prevent further repairs if not completed now (my words).

Staff is friendly & helpful. The only dealership I've ever used that doesn't at least vacuum out car & trunk area's Interiors & doesn't wipe down the dashboard and console. They don't have a carwash on site, but they do give a coupon for a free carwash.
