I went to Metropolitan Ford soley because they were the closest dealer. I do not like the way two people came into the waiting room to tell me what extra things I needed beside my oil change. It felt like ganging up. Metropolitan Ford has consistently mediocre to poor service. I bought my car at this location and my next car will not be from here.

I got a dash board notice that the battery was low. I went to get service and was pleasantly surprised to have the mechanic tell me that I didn't need a new battery in the car, but a new battery in the key fob. It cost under $10 instead of probably almost $200. Thanks for taking such good care of me and my little Ford!

Metro Ford is central and a convienant location to get all my ford service work done. Everyone shoots straight and is efficient. My scheduled oil change and wheel rotation took about an hour or so. Brian works to get the job done. books an appt in a timely manner, follows up on all phone calls and questions. the service, the problem was not able to be duplicated so no resolve there. Not always ideal to have to bring it back but all issues are logged and honored when they finally reveal themselves
