I was quoted way higher than normal and made to feel like I was a total waste of their time and space. They tried to take advantage of me and upsell me services and were outright rude. I will not be going back to this location and maybe metro motor at all.

Woody was a great mechanic! I had a vibration in my steering wheel at higher velocities and he immediately knew what it was. He got my car back to me in the same day. One time I had a car shop quote a $1500 repair and it was really just a battery replacement that was needed for my vehicle. This Metro Motors location is trustworthy and not just in it for money but to truly help people with car troubles.

Very efficient and pleasant. Was able to wait for my maintenance that was done within an hour. On the expensive side for just an oil change, but the week before they installed a new battery, and that was cheaper than I had expected. The manager, Mo, routinely has done little tasks for me in an emergency, expecting no payment. So it evens out in the end. He will keep my low mileage auto maintained so it'll last me a long(er) time.

Woody, his team, and his cute pup provided great service to me. I replaced the side mirror of my Honda Civic after a hit and run and the team did a great job getting it fixed like new. I also did an oil change. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend.
