Always a great experience with the Metro Acura Service Department. Been coming here for almost 20 years with my various Acura vehicles (which I also purchased from Metro Acura). They are quick, very polite, and thorough. Dealerships cost more for oil changes as things, but I feel safer knowing that they will do a good job here so I get valie for the extra cost. With that said, I find the prices aren't bad at all. It's always hassle-free here so to me I just prefer to come here than take my changes with other repair places. I highly recommend it here.

We had a very bad experience. The used car we looked at had 100,000 miles and was listed on their official website for $17,000, but when we arrived in person, they added a $3,000 "installation fee," bringing the price to over $23,000. On top of that, they kept trying to PUA us just because we were carefully checking the flaws on the car. One of the staff even said, "Hey, if you want a new car, we have plenty of new cars!"with a very rude attitude.
Of course we didn't buy from them, and we've already purchased a new car elsewhere.

The service department offers terrible customer service as a unit. There are a few employees that are the exception and offer kindness and effective communication. Unfortunately they are few and far between and instead what is the norm are employees who are combative, disrespectful and disinterested. There is one particular female employee that is so combative that she is the impetus for my vowing to avoid ever returning to Metro Acura. I'm going to buy a new Acura in the next week or so. But under no circumstance will I buy from Metro Acura.I've bought four cars from the Metro Group over the last 18 years, but there will not be a fifth.
