Don't like the two hours wait for an oil change when you have an early (7:30} Appointment. I don't like the very, very high price quotes given for recommended services, this makes me look for other service providers.
I do like the fact that they are remolding facility but don't want to foot the bill.

Took over 20 days to get my car back had to return within a week another 28 days in the shop lost my car asked if I was bringing the car. They had it a week already. Very hard for them to call you back. No communication. Forget about calling, no one answers. If they only let me know something. Never again. 10 days before they look at your car. Poor ,poor ,poor service

It's easy to schedule a service appointment. They listen to you, they're friendly, professional and efficient when checking you in. I'm texted with updates, explanations, pictures if required and quotes for approval. I'm also given rides home and back to the dealership. I will always use them, they say what they mean and mean what they say. Great people!!!

Liked how I was treated by the service manager, Jessica Tacker. She contacted me every few days with an update for the entire four weeks my car in the shop. Gave me accurate, up-to-date information.
Didn't like that Kia wasted months (years?) trying to fix a hardware design flaw with software changes. That never works.

Great staff and low pressure sales. I stopped by to test drive and we discussed numbers. They were respectful and let me leave to think about it. They were upfront and honest. Antwan, Jeff and Karly were awesome! The next day all I had to do was sign paperwork and drive off with the car! Easiest car buying experience after enduring two horrible dealerships closer to my house. The Mesquite KIA was worth the drive!

over charged! I did agree to the servive, but now that it was done I realize it is a ripoff. One thing I noticed they said they alligned the car. Well now the car pulls to the right. It never did this before I brought it in. Also, they never provided the allignment diagnosic paperwork. So who knows what they found or did.. I'm taking it to another shop to correct the work.

I spent a little bit of time looking into your visit. If we remove the tire from the wheel and inspect the inner sidewall of the tire, we can determine if it is defect or road hazard and work on getting some type of coverage for you.
