Took my car in for "engine light" on. Waited in their new breakfast nook/sunny waiting room while they found 2 problems. Started working on it, gave me a brand new loaner to get home, and finished up the next morning. Picked up my car all washed and vacuumed looking like new.

amazing service i had my car towed to a local volvo dealer after getting a run around no updates and finally a report that the supercharger neede to be replaced i towed it to merrimack volvo . I immediately was given a loaner car (none available at the local dealer) I was told the supercharger was replaced last year and that was not the problem! Basially they saved me over $ 1000 never goign anywhere else again!!!!

This dealer's service department is a hidden gem. They give you an estimate before performing repairs, do what they say they'll do and didn't try to sell me things I don't need on a 20 year old vehicle with close to 300,000 miles on it. I didn't even but this SUV from them. Refreshing change from other repair shops.

Had a problem close to closing on Friday evening-- I couldn't shift into drive. Called and they told me to bring it in Saturday. Had it towed in, they squeezed me into the schedule and fixed it so it was drivable until a new part came in later in the week.
